Am I still charged a referral fee if the owner decides to cancel the MAA soon after it is signed?

Yes. The referral fee is only based on the Management Fee. It is not a % of the leasing fee.  The Rent360 referral fee will only be charged once the MAA is duly signed by both the owner and manager. The termination notice is based on 30, 60 or 90 days (determined by you upon signup).

 

Rent360 cannot be held responsible for any interaction between you and the owner post signing the MAA and therefore the referral fee will be charged in full. However, you may appeal to Rent360 for an exemption which we may provide in our sole discretion on a case by case basis.
