Yes. The management, leasing and advertising fees are quoted to prospective clients immediately after they complete the property brief form. This is based on a combination of effort (determined by our algorithm) and the weekly rental amount. However, it is just a quote and it can be negotiated with the client. Please note that it is a competitive process between you and up to 2 other property managers so changing your fees during the negotiation may not help your chances of securing the management.
