Traditional agencies typically charge out their management at 5-10% of rental income, topped up by various incidental charges. This pricing structure is full of extra little fees that hides the fact that investors are in reality paying between 10-15% of the gross rental income to the agency. Our property managers are mobile and have considerably lower overheads than traditional real estate agencies so they are able to work for you at around 30% less than a traditional real estate agency.
