We’ve developed a new, more honest approach to pricing where property management fees are all-inclusive and based on the effort required to lease, advertise and manage your property and not just the rental income achieved.

Traditional agencies typically charge out their management at 5-10% of rental income, topped up by various incidental charges. This pricing structure is full of extra little fees that hides the fact that investors are in reality paying between 10-15% of the gross rental income to the agency.

Rent360’s maximum all-inclusive management fee for Sydney based investment properties is 4.95% (inclusive of GST) as compared to the average of 6.6%. Our property managers are mobile and have considerably lower overheads than traditional real estate agencies so they are able to work for you at around 30% less than a traditional real estate agency.
