Let us do the hard work for you. Our recommendation engine instantly matches your brief with up to 3 of the best property managers that service the local area. Compare their fees, performance, experience, service levels and client reviews.

Remember, there’s no obligation to hire.

3. Setup interviews with the one(s) you like

Choose the property manager(s) you would like to setup an interview with. Available property managers will private message you to setup a call or face-to-face meeting (or you can chat in real-time). Find out who they are, what they are offering, and determine who is the best fit for you and your property.

You are always in complete control.

4. Appoint your property manager

Once you’re ready, click the “APPOINT” button, agree on key terms e.g. fees, start date, rental value, etc. and sign the management agreement with your #1 pick. Your Rent360 property manager will also handle the transfer from your old agency so it’s quick and easy!
