Emma has a broad level of experience within the Residential Rental Market having worked both in Front Office Management and Property Management roles and has a thorough understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act and continues to stay up to date with any changes to legislation that may affect tenants and/or owners.

Emma has a keen eye for detail and excellent organisational and time management skills, which are extremely important attributes in the busy world of Property Management and values the importance of communication with all clients and understands the need to foster great working relationships.
